1. Zur Erfüllung des Zwecke enthaltenen Aufgaben verarbeitet, speichert, übermittelt und verändert der ekata Yoga unter Beachtung und Wahrung der Grundsätze des Datenschutzes und der Datensicherheit personenbezogene Daten, sowie Daten über persönliche und sachbezogene Verhältnisse seiner Mitglieder. Mit Erwerb des Abo´s und damit verbundener Anerkennung der AGB stimmt jedes Mitglied der
   
   Speicherung, Bearbeitung, Verarbeitung, Übermittlung
   
   seiner personenbezogenen Daten im Rahmen der Erfüllung der Aufgaben und Zwecke ekata Yogas zu. Jegliche anderweitige Datenverwendung (z.B. Datenverkauf) ist nicht zulässig.

2. Jedes Mitglied hat gegenüber ekata Yoga das Recht auf

 

* Auskunft über seine gespeicherten Daten.

* Berichtigung seiner gespeicherten Daten im Falle der Unrichtigkeit.

* Sperrung seiner Daten.

* Löschung seiner Daten.

1. ekata Yoga verpflichtet jeden mit der Nutzung der vom Mitglied anvertrauten personenbezogenen Daten Befassten zur Wahrung des Datengeheimnisses. Deshalb ist es jedem für ekata Yoga Tätigen untersagt, personenbezogene Daten oder Bilder zu anderen als den zur jeweiligen Aufgabenerfüllung erforderlichen Zwecken medienunabhängig zu verarbeiten, bekannt zu geben, Dritten zugänglich zu machen oder in sonstiger Weise zu nutzen. Diese Pflicht besteht uneingeschränkt weiter über das Ende der Tätigkeit bzw. das Ausscheiden der oben genannten Personen von ekata Yoga hinaus.

(4) Mit seinem Anmeldeformular stimmt jedes Mitglied der Veröffentlichung seines Bildes bzw. Namens in Druck-, elektronischen bzw. digitalen Telemedien zur Erfüllung des ekata Yogaszwecks bei Bedarf zu. Diese Einwilligung kann jedes Mitglied jederzeit durch Erklärung in Textform widerrufen.

1. Beim schriftlichen Austritt werden die personenbezogenen Daten in der Mitgliederverwaltung gelöscht. Weitere Einzelheiten zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten und von Persönlichkeitsrechten bei ekata Yoga kann die Datenschutzordnung regeln.
